- Hitting and exceeded key business KPIs, including originations, profitability, impairments etc.
- Drive loan origination growth through the managed partnerships.
- Ensure that the partnership is returning the required return rates.
- Ensure all activity is compliant with the regulations.
- Evaluate the underlying performance of each retailer (and broker), understanding the profitability drivers and the levers.
- Develop relationships at multiple levels within retailer and brokers.
- Being the subject matter expert for each partner, their sector and market
- Developing industry relationships via networking
- Some travel required within the UK.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in successfully building commercial relationships and delivering against individual KPI targets.
- Effective presentation and communication skills
- Ability to engage with different level stakeholders.
- Ability to work across a number of functions and skillsets including commercial, strategy, proposition, marketing, risk, operations and technical.
- Proven ability to understand the key commercial drivers of consumer finance schemes.
- Ability to work within and knowledge of regulated credit environment.
