A leading audio-visual company are looking for a highly driven Account Manager to join their busy sales team based in their Acton offices. The ideal candidate will have exceptional sales skills with a passion for technology and providing high levels of customer service.

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Sales Manager, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet company targets.

Responsibilities of an Account Manager :

  • Successfully close sales over the phone.

  • Source and visit potential customers and develop relationships

  • Grow revenue

  • Manage customer processes

  • Undertake marketing planning to ensure successful growth for the business

  • Monitor industry and competitor activity.

  • Adopt a project management approach to ensure equipment and resources are scheduled and delivered on time

  • Prepare quotations, agreements, invoices, and reports.
