This full-time Administrator role is based in Redhill, Surrey, and is offering a competitive salary and lots of benefits.
As a flexible Administrator, you will work in a small, specialist group providing exceptional service of reviewing and correcting queries raised on supplier invoices for major clients.
Some of your day to day responsibilities as an Administrator
- Deal with larger, multi-site and often international clients
- Investigate inconsistencies on invoices by following through with the supplier and client to rectify any problems
- Take on an important, investigative role that may result in other opportunities within the company
The ideal candidate will have:
- Good communication skills
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Organised and detail orientated
- To be able to work efficiently under deadlines
