Our client a Property Management company that is based in South West London, are looking for a switched-on Accounts Administrator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to bring their accounts knowledge and administrator skills to the company.
The role will involve:
- Storing invoices on Docuware
- Posting Invoices
- Data processing
- Posting of tenant receipts from bank to management software
- Doing some reception work
- Dealing with contractors & owners who occasionally visit the office
- Answering the phone and emails
- Atleast 2 years’ experience in administration
- To have some accounts experience
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Great attention to detail and highly organised
- To be proactive and able to work under own initiative
