The working hours are 9am to 6pm in Woking. We do offer hybrid working, but this is determined on a case-to-case basis depending on how it goes. We are in a shopping centre, so the parking is the shopping centre parking. I believe there are cheaper parking places within walking distance of the office. We are on very good transport routes as well.

- Post invoices and deal with related queries (software = Sage X3 and Clouddocs)
- Be confident to liaise with stakeholders at various venues in order to clear queries
- Prepare weekly payments (proforma, manual, bacs)
- Add new suppliers to the system
- Monitor aging for applicable venues
- Post staff expense claims
- Post staff credit card charges
- Have experience with purchase orders and receipts
- Be able to manage a busy workload
