An accountant based in Wimbledon are looking for a switched-on Admin Assistant to join their growing team.
This role suits someone is very organised and who is looking for a career with progression. For this role you will provide support to the senior partners.
The main purpose of an Admin Assistant role is:
- Answering phone calls
- Responding to emails
- Dealing with colleague's timesheets
- Assisting in organising events
- Taking notes in meetings
- Making travel arrangements
Admin Assistant Specification:
- A minimum of 3 A levels A*-B
- To have atleast 2 years' experience within administration
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- To be organised and an active listener
