An established design manufacturer based in Epsom are looking for a part time Administrator to join their growing team. The client is looking for someone enthusiastic, motivated with administration experience.
- Answering calls and responding to web enquiries.
- Creating engaging listings & copy on all selling platforms, including Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce and others.
- Checking and optimising existing listings.
- Creating reports and manipulating and extracting data in Excel.
- Responding to questions through social media and working with the customer care team to ensure timely and accurate information is provided to our customers.
- Working with the marketing team, to help promote/clear stock as necessary.
- Other ad hoc projects as and when required.
- Any other reasonable management request.
- Previous experience in a customer service / administration role.
- Exceptional customer care skills and attention to detail.
- Highly organised with good attention to detail.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well with others as part of a team as well as independently.
- Computer competency including knowledge of MS Office Applications and Excel.
