Our client a rapidly growing Financial Services company based in Hammersmith are looking for a switched on and articulate Administrator to join their team.
Post Administration (this is a large proportion of the role):
  • Generate post packs and collateral required by all three business within the Group.
  • Support in preparing marketing and event material/packs for shows.
  • Handle all office inbound/outbound deliveries. Post sorting and distribution- responsible for the smooth running of post and courier services and mail franking.
  • Take ownership in meeting all post and collateral deadlines and needs.
Office Administration:
  • Main internal and external contact for enquiries regarding the offices and its functioning
  • Conduct internal health and safety and productivity surveys.
  • Meet and greet all office guests.
  • Liaise and work with Serviced Office Business
  • Manage stationery orders, store supplies orders along with office and kitchen supplies.
  • Photocopying, filing and scanning documents.
  • Fielding of any inbound calls to the appropriate office team member.
  • Meeting room booking and diary management.
  • Working with the HR team to complete updates to the company contact list.
  • Assist with the co-ordination of table/department moves, and office moves where applicable.
  • Manage first aid and fire marshal bookings for the office.
  • Health and safety monitoring
  • Ensure that the office is kept tidy.
