Our client, based in the Interior Design industry in Chelsea, are looking for a switched-on Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone to grow and develop within a company.
The role will involve:
Providing customer service to some of the most important design firms in the world.
Responding to enquiries
Liaising with clients on projects and orders and tracking samples.
Supporting the sales team with projects.
Dealing with product information, sample requests, generating invoices and orders and fulfilment.
Working with sales order processing
Managing all sample and orders in and out of the showroom.
Ensuring all sales and financial documentation is up to date, accurate, and delivered to their external accountants on time.
Helping maintain the exceptionally high standards expected of a luxury-brand showroom.
Skills and Experience:
Excellent verbal and written skills
To have 2/3 years’ experience of working in a showroom environment
To have the ability to work under pressure
To have attention to detail and to be organised
Able to multi-task, prioritise, and follow up promptly to meet deadlines
To have Excellent and fast computer skills including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
