Our client, based in the Interior Design industry in Chelsea, are looking for a switched-on Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone to grow and develop within a company.
The role will involve:

  • Providing customer service to some of the most important design firms in the world.

  • Responding to enquiries

  • Liaising with clients on projects and orders and tracking samples.

  • Supporting the sales team with projects.

  • Dealing with product information, sample requests, generating invoices and orders and fulfilment.

  • Working with sales order processing

  • Managing all sample and orders in and out of the showroom.

  • Ensuring all sales and financial documentation is up to date, accurate, and delivered to their external accountants on time.

  • Helping maintain the exceptionally high standards expected of a luxury-brand showroom.

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills

  • To have 2/3 years’ experience of working in a showroom environment

  • To have the ability to work under pressure

  • To have attention to detail and to be organised

  • Able to multi-task, prioritise, and follow up promptly to meet deadlines

  • To have Excellent and fast computer skills including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
