This role is a hands-on role, training would be provided on the job.
Monday – Friday
9am – 5:30pm
The main purpose of an Administrator role is to:
- Answering calls and responding to emails
- Dealing with general day to day admin duties
- Listing details for marketing properties for sales and lettings
- Registering clients and being available to do an occasional viewing
- Dealing with quotes and insurance quotes.
- Building long term relationships with clients
- Excellent time-management and prioritisation skills
- Outgoing and people orientated
- Excellent communication skills
- To have the ability to work under pressure.
- Must be passionate, motivated and willing to learn
