Our client based in Wimbledon is looking for an administrator to join their team. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a growing team.
This role is a hands-on role, training would be provided on the job.
Monday – Friday
9am – 5:30pm
The main purpose of an Administrator role is to:
  • Answering calls and responding to emails
  • Dealing with general day to day admin duties
  • Listing details for marketing properties for sales and lettings
  • Registering clients and being available to do an occasional viewing
  • Dealing with quotes and insurance quotes.
  • Building long term relationships with clients
Administration Specification:
  • Excellent time-management and prioritisation skills
  • Outgoing and people orientated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • To have the ability to work under pressure.
  • Must be passionate, motivated and willing to learn
