A medical company based in Wimbledon are looking for a switched-on administrator to join their team. As an Administrator, you will provide support to the office and ensure the smooth-running of the business on a day-to-day basis.

Administrator duties:

  • Answering the phone and dealing with emails
  • Booking in jobs
  • Receiving and processing orders through the system
  • Providing general office support to the team
  • Raising purchase orders

Administrator Specification:

  • Good communication skills
  • Must have strong excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A team player who can also work independently
