Office Based Role

A well-established manufacturing company are on the lookout for a switched-on Administrator to join the team at their South-West London office! As an Administrator, you will assist the Office Manager with the office administrative processes and support the company's operations.

You will be based in the company's Head Office and aid the Office Manager and Managing Director.

Administrator duties:

  • Providing a full reception service including greeting visitors, answering telephone calls, dealing with them or routing them to the correct person or taking / passing on accurate messages.
  • Dealing with all incoming mail ensuring post reaches the correct person ASAP.
  • Assisting in management of the purchase invoice process by ensuring that prices are verified, and invoices are matched against correct purchase orders.
  • Assisting in managing company credit card statements and filing all Creditor invoices, updating payments spreadsheet, general correspondence filing.
  • Processing daily orders by email, fax, post, telephone, on CRM in a timely manner and handling customer related queries received.
  • Assisting all sales teams with queries relating to shipments, orders.
  • Arranging courier collections, post office deliveries, assisting in posting monthly statements.
  • Data entry on company CRM system.
  • Liaising with the warehouse on a daily basis to ensure smooth orders dispatch.
  • Assisting in training of new employees in office administration roles.

Administration specification:

  • To have experience within administration and customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work to deadlines and meet targets.
  • To have experience working with a CRM system is beneficial.
  • Strong organisation skills with a good attention to detail.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office Applications.
