Office Based Role

A well-established a not-for-profit company are on the lookout for a switched-and organised Administrator to join their team.

The client is looking for someone with a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Administrator duties:

  • Help arrange and attend exhibitions and conferences to support the commercial team as required
  • Taking minutes at meetings
  • Process annual membership renewals and collections
  • To be the first point of contact for customer service queries and any complaints
  • Complete documentation for a variety of areas following department procedures.

Administration specification:

  • To have experience within administration and customer service is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with a CRM system, not beneficial though.
  • Strong organisation skills with a good attention to detail.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office Applications.
