Office Based Role

A manufacturing company based in Staines are on the lookout for a switched on and organised Administrator to join their growing team.

There is training and progression within this role. The role would suit someone who has customer service experience.

The main purpose of an Administrator

  • First point of call for answering the telephone.
  • General administration
  • Answer email / telephone enquiries.
  • Diary management and office scheduling.
  • Dealing with customer orders and payments.
  • Order processing.

Administrator specification:

  • Proven ability to handle pressure.
  • Confident talking on the telephone and providing good customer service
  • Excellent multitasker.
  • Determined and enthusiastic.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office.
