Office Based Role

An accessories company based in South West London are looking for a switched-on Administrator to join their growing team.

The client is looking for an articulate person who can work well under pressure and take charge of any given task with enthusiasm. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, focused, friendly and highly organised and efficient.

Administrator duties:

  • Processing, packaging and tracking and sending out online orders.
  • Dealing with incoming phone calls.
  • Dealing with online and customer queries by e-mail and telephone
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post.
  • Managing stock processing
  • Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Photo Shop
  • Assisting with office administration as required
  • Assisting the digital marketing team
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems
  • Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases.
  • Liaising with staff in the production team and with external contacts.
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment.

Administrator Specification:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience of dealing with customers; via email and telephone.
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work calmly when under pressure.
