A food company based in Kingston are on the looking for a switched-on Administrator to join their growing team.
This role requires a dynamic and active person with an eye for detail and accuracy in data entry. This is a role that suits someone with an interest in Organic food.
Administrator duties:
- Daily processing of orders and invoices
- Dealing with phone calls, queries and operational issues
- Dealing with all tasks from the daily task sheet and ensure they are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Dealing with credit requests and customer claims
Administrator specification:
- Well organised with an excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Ability to prioritise work within strict timelines and meet deadlines.
- To have an administrative and customer service background
- Be passionate with a great work ethic.
