Our client a construction company based in Surrey are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. This person is responsible for the development and maintenance of long-term profitable relationships with key clients through exceptional service, promotion of Roundtable and consistency of brand and delivery.
Ensuring existing customers are regularly kept informed as to the latest developments within JONAP.
Developing new business contacts through networking and events.
Support Sales & Marketing Director in ensuring sales plans and targets are achieved, securing repeat business and new opportunities through networking and outstanding client care.
Champion Roundtable and focus on negotiated opportunities.
Obtain the support of the Operations staff to generate future workload, maintain a live list and promote cross selling.
Provision of Market Intelligence to MD and other appropriate personnel in order for leads to be effectively followed up.
Ensure information is available for the Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator to allow the Sales database and reporting to be kept up to date.
Ensure outstanding relationships are built and maintained with clients and consultants providing creative, flexible and innovative solutions.
Liaison with clients and key personnel throughout the industry.
Self-starter with high levels of initiative and excellent organisational abilities.
Ability to work autonomously.
Excellent communication skills with all levels.
Experience and understanding of the Construction Industry.
