Our client in the Software industry is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team. This role involves training and development and there is scope for progression.

The role will involve:

Planning and preparing presentations for businesses
Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
Answering and making calls on the phone
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Answering and responding to emails
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and clients.

Skills and Experience:

Excellent verbal and written skills
To have experience working in a software/IT industry
To have sales experience and a proven sales record
To have the ability to work under pressure
To have attention to detail and to be organised
Able to multi-task, prioritise, and follow up promptly to meet deadlines
