A Healthcare company based in Fulham are on the lookout for an experienced Credit Controller to join their busy finance team.
This role offers progression and to use your skills in a valuable way within the company. You will be reporting to the Office Manager and Managing Director to support the company's operations.
The main purpose of a Credit Controller role is :
Administration duties - telephone calls, messages, and emails
Invoicing customer orders matching dispatch notes to sales orders prior to invoicing.
Postal coordination to those within the business
Debt management - Debt collection, monthly statements, and reminders
Data analysts to support KPI'S
Filing invoices, update payment spreadsheet and general filing
Assist sales team queries
Managing account related queries
Dealing with data entry on the company's CRM system
Arrange courier collections and post office deliveries
Sending out statements
Assist in management of supplier purchase orders
Credit Controller Specification :
Working experience of Credit control
Works well within a team and individual environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work to deadlines and targets
