Monday – Friday

9am - 4pm / 10am – 5:30pm

(Remote working)

An experienced Customer Service Executive is urgently needed to join our client based in London.

The Baby bag brand are looking for an individual to join their team and provide customer service support for their customers. A switched on and reliable individual would be ideal.

The Main purpose of a Customer Service Executive:

·         Help to sell products through the online shop

·         Carry out data processing

·         Respond to customer emails, call and enquires

·         Excellent organisational skills


Customer Service Executive Specification:

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Fully computer literate

·         Self-motivated

·         Ability to show initiative

·         Reliable
