Our client within the beauty and cosmetics industry in London is looking for an articulate and switched-on Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator to join their growing business. The role will support the overall marketing proposition and strategy.
  • Execute all performance marketing across Paid Media and PPC, working closely with digital manager on overarching marketing strategy.
  • Working on digital marketing campaigns cross channels and markets; including PPC, Affiliates, SEO, Display, Paid Social and e-CRM marketing.
  • Support on execution of traffic strategy & lead tactics to drive high volumes of quality traffic to the site & optimize omni channel consumer experience to drive high conversion rates, with support of digital manager.
  • Build and maintain our performance marketing channels, focusing on key performance indicators.
  • Work collaboratively with the Global Content Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to ensure content strategy is executed across performance marketing.
  • Based on best performing assets, work with global content manager to report on and optimise advertising content, adapting to each platform and audience.
  • Manage and report on weekly spends across audiences, channels, and markets, highlighting key KPIs and how this relates to % of overall net revenue.
  • Work across departments on new product releases, brand campaigns and other key messages and events.
  • Identify key trends and opportunities across the marketing funnel, focusing on new customer acquisition.
  • Work closely with the Web Merchandising team on new product additions, top sellers, pre-orders, and stock availability for optimum performance marketing activity.
  • Deliver front line response to direct consumer contact.
  • Work with manager to define, measure & monitor success of each channel & integrated media as a whole through KPI benchmarking, attribution modelling etc.
  • Qualitative trend and insight analysis in the aim to continuously optimise brand activity.
  • Maintain monthly performance marketing budget reports to wider business, with the support of digital manager.
