Job Title: Financial Accountant
Location: Earls Court, SW London
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000

We are looking for a qualified financial accountant (ideally 1 to 3 years post-qualified) to join our dynamic finance team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Financial Accountant to join a 7-person Finance team within a market research agency. Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:

Financial control, including assisting with month-end close,
Reviewing balance sheet accounts,
Preparing and analysing sales provisions,
Accounting for month-end overhead accruals and prepayments,
Processing monthly intercompany recharges and reconciliation,
Preparing the month-end accounts pack for submission to the group's accounting system,
Preparing and submitting VAT returns,
Providing support with the year-end audit,
Submission of data to ONS.

Skills Required:

We are looking for a qualified accountant with 1-3 years PQE, strong Excel, and data analysis skills. Attention to detail, quick learning ability, strong self-organization to meet tight deadline requirements, and the ability to step back, think and prioritize are critical.

Salary: £50,000 to £60,000
