Join Our Team as an FP&A Analyst. If you are looking for an opportunity to launch your finance career with a dynamic and innovative company? Our global market research and consulting agency is seeking a newly qualified FP&A Analyst with 0-2 years PQE to join our energetic finance team.
As a qualified accountant, you'll support our FP&A manager in a broad and interesting role, working in a fast-paced environment. As part of a large international group, you'll have exposure to both group HQ and internal reporting and analysis requirements. Reporting into the FP&A manager, with some exposure to the CFO, this role offers an excellent springboard to build your experience and career.
Overall Responsibilities:
As our FP&A Analyst, you'll be responsible for a range of duties, including ad hoc analysis, assisting with quarterly forecasts and annual budget preparation, cash flow forecasting, revenue pipeline preparation and analysis, monthly reporting pack and detailed commercial KPI reports, opex analysis, business partnering with commercial sales directors, and product pricing support.
Skills:
We're looking for a candidate with strong excel and data analysis skills, including complex formulae and pivot tables. You should be ACA qualified in a top 10 audit firm or CIMA/ACCA with industry experience in a similar role. You should also have previous data analysis experience in audits or in-house. Attention to detail, quick learning, strong self-organisation skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines are also crucial for success in this role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to step back, think, understand and prioritise are essential.
