Our client a Software company based in South West London are looking for a French speaking Customer Support to join their growing team.
  • Support Sales team and help promote company products and services through a range of sales and customer service activities to both existing and potential customers.
  • Offer prompt response to incoming calls and emails, with a helpful and sales-oriented approach, cross-selling services wherever possible and liaising closely with the necessary teams to answer customer service queries.
  • Deliver product training at customers’ premises 
  • Keep up-to-date with enhancements and improvements to services so as to communicate them to clients, helping to create PowerPoint type presentations.
  • Help create marketing and user documentation as required.
  • Work in the Customer Service team, to enable a high level of customer service to be given to all clients.
  • Support sales objectives, including representing the Company at client visits, exhibitions and conferences.
  • Ensure a professional image and high visibility for the Company.
Required Experience: 
  • 2-3 years’ experience in customer support or service
  • Speak fluent French
  • Excellent computer skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • On occasion, you will be required to travel to conferences and client locations in the UK and overseas.
