An established fintech company based in Hammersmith are on the lookout for an experienced and organised HR Administrator to join their growing team!

The role of the HR Administrator will work closely with the HR team and will be the first point of contact to provide efficient, accurate and timely administration support across all areas of general HR and Employee Relations.

HR Administrator duties:

  • Updating the system to ensure colleague profiles are maintained and accurately updated.
  • Daily monitoring and maintenance of the 'HR Mailbox' in outlook.
  • Providing clear, concise, and timely advice in response to queries from employees and line managers and escalate when necessary.
  • Conducting regular audits of HR data to ensure it is accurate.
  • Maintaining and ensuring all employee records and systems are updated and accurate.
  • Uploading all HR related invoices for approval and ensure payment by the finance team.
  • Updating employee records in the CRM: address, phone/mobile numbers.
  • Liaising with the IT Team for New Starters to ensure new technology packs are ordered and set up.

HR Administrator specification:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • To have experience within HR.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organised.
  • Warm, positive, genuinely caring attitude.
  • Calm under pressure and ability to manage difficult situations sensitively.
  • Team player who can also work independently.
  • Strong focus on Customer Service.
