Transformation Communications Manager
£55,000 - £60,000

Magpie Recruitment is looking for a collaborative and enthusiastic Transformation Communications Manager to join our client's talented team. This Transformation Communications Manager role is initially being offered as a 1-year full-time fixed-term contract and comes with an attractive salary and benefits package. This position can be remote or office-based at any of the company's UK offices but will require a regular presence in their London offices.

As a flexible Transformation Communications Manager, you will develop, coordinate and implement the transformation communications plan. Please note that occasional travel to other company offices or external organisations, which may be overseas, is required. In addition, you may need to occasionally work outside of regular hours to accommodate international time zones.

Some of your Transformation Communications Management responsibilities will include:

  • Taking ownership of the transformation communications plan, ensuring it is developed, maintained, implemented and shared as appropriate
  • Understanding and predicting the communication requirements of internal stakeholder groups, ensuring they are addressed in the communications plan
  • Being an active participant in the transformation programme team

To succeed, you will need knowledge of the theory and practice of organisational change. You will also require experience managing internal communications through organisational transformation.

Additional requirements include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work at a principal level shaping the narrative and at a practical level producing content
  • Masters level qualification (or similar professional experience and accreditation) in corporate communications or organisational change (desirable)
