An established lighting company based in North West London are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Advisor to join their growing team.
The purpose of this role is being a key point of contact for coordinating all types of training and development.
Learning and Development Advisor duties:
- Co-ordinating the administration and logistics for all learning and wider organisational
- development activities
- Maintaining new or changes in job titles across the HRIS and Learning Management System
- (LMS)
- Co-ordinating feedback and working with managers to improve the quality of internal and
- external training
- Ensuring that all related systems and documentation are kept up to date
- Collaborate with Line Managers to develop training needs analysis and source appropriate
- training supplier
- Provide L&D intelligence to directors and internal training analytics and measure impact of
- Planning and arrangement of student placement programmes
Learning and Development Advisor Specification:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and influencing skills
- Organised, with a strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and independently
- Adaptable and able to succeed in a changeable environment
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
