Promote company services and products through the marketing programme or product demonstrations to both existing and potential customers.
Offer prompt assistance for incoming calls, combining a high level of customer service with a sales-oriented approach, cross-selling services wherever possible.
Support the Sales Team by developing new prospect gathering programmes, helping implement the digital marketing programme and developing PR for products and the company.
Assisting overseas offices and agents with implementation and development of marketing and PR to company objectives.
Keep up to date with enhancements and improvements to services in order to communicate the new features and benefits to clients and develop new sales materials.
Assist product development by writing Help File and Interface text if required.
Represent the Company at client visits, exhibitions and conferences, ensuring a professional image and high visibility for the Company.
Initiate and respond to customer calls, emails and other correspondence, providing product information and support to a high standard to support new sales and renewal sales within the customer service and sales team.
Conduct demonstrations of products in a sales-oriented manner, highlighting benefits of the products.
Creation of marketing materials. Implementation of marketing programmes, such as digital marketing, emailing programmes, advertising & PR, corporate websites, prospecting, exhibition & conference organisation, writing of PR materials as required, assisting with creation of help files and any other writing or marketing duties that may be assigned.
