We have an amazing opportunity for an Experienced Office Administrator to join a small office within the Wandsworth area.
A well-established design and branding business are on the lookout for a self-motivated and hardworking individual to head up their Administration.
Office Administrator Responsibilities include:
First point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Project manage smaller admin requirement for stakeholders
Manages time sensitive items with stakeholders
Generating estimations from drawings and / or historical data
Finalising project completion costs each month, for Director / Finance team sign off
Office Administrator Specification:
Proficient in Microsoft Suites – word, excel and powerpoint
Knowledge of Indesign (Preferred)
Self-starter / motivated
Excellent attention to detail
Effective communication skills
Positive with a can-do attitude
Admin Assistant experience (Preferred)
Service industry (Optional)
