A Mechanical company based in Kingston are looking for a switched-on Office Administrator to join their growing team.
For this role there is progression within the company and full training provided.
Office Administrator Duties:
- Booking in tenders
- Answering the phone and dealing with emails
- Taking in deliveries
- Typing up correspondence
- Organising health and safety folders
Office Administrator Specification:
- To be organised and a team player
- To have administration experience is a must
- Self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Good communication skills
