South-West London
Monday - Friday (+ one Saturday per month)

A well-established food production company are looking for you to become their new Office Administrator!

This Administrator role is an integral part of the business, you will ensure the smooth running of the office and provide accurate and timely administrative support across all areas of the business.

Office Administrator Duties:

As an Office Administrator, tasks will include:

  • Making and receiving telephone calls.
  • To go into the freezers and collect samples
  • Taking orders via phone or email.
  • Preparing delivery notes and booking deliveries / customer orders.
  • Checking recipe goods prior to dispatch.
  • Organising documents including scanning, photocopying, and filing.
  • Printing labels.
  • General office duties.

Office Administrator Specification:

  • Excellent communication, both oral and written.
  • Great management and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational; skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and duties.
  • Knowledge of word-processing tools and other relevant computer software, including Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in an Admin role.
