A Homeware company based in Ewell are looking for a well organised and experienced Office Manager to join their small but busy team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer facing roles and be a reliable member of the team.
The main purpose of an Office Manager role is :
· Dealing with data entry
· Processing deposits and order payments via online the credit card system
· Checking and processing orders
· Processing customer sales
· Invoicing customers
· Taking delivery of factory and showroom products
· Keeping the showroom and office clean and tidy
Office Manager Specification:
· Strong communications skills
· Must be confident in Microsoft Office and Excel
· Good organisation skills
· Attention to detail
· Able to deal with a high-pressured environment
