An established Electronics company based in London are looking for you to join their team as an Office Manager!

You will be joining a company who are dedicated to meeting clients needs and generating profitable growth via efficient operations.

As an Office Manager, you will report to the Finance Director and the role will involve offering Financial Support and overseeing Office Admin in addition to Office Management.

Office Manager duties:

  • Reconciliation of credit card statements before they are sent to the finance department for payment.
  • Passing on invoices to finance team for payment.
  • International Travel Management - booking flights, trains, (on-line and via telephone), accommodation, and organising visas / currencies.
  • Professional and efficient management of telephone lines.
  • Booking meeting rooms and arranging room set up as required.
  • Timely management payment of supplier invoices.
  • Checking accuracy of deliveries and outgoing post, assisting with courier bookings.
  • Organising company events including office parties, team building events etc.
  • Overseeing staff Induction timetable and managing the online training platform.
  • Coordinating Interview arrangements for shortlisted candidates (communicating with candidates to book interviews and providing feedback afterwards.

Office Manager specification:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Excel and MS Office applications.
  • Well organised with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and prioritise varied workload.
  • A Creative and resourceful thinker with hands-on approach and commercial mind-set.
