A growing financial company are looking for you to join their Chessington based team and become an Operations Administrator!

As an Operations Administrator, you will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and build your knowledge and skills in the areas of marketing, data management and customer relationship management.

This is a varied role and would suit an inspiring individual as you will be working directly with an experienced team meaning the opportunity for learning is endless!

Administrator Duties:

  • Communicating with clients on various channels and taking payments on a weekly basis including preparing statements, extracting data, and delivering communications to clients.
  • Preparing reports and keeping management up to date with the status of each case, ensuring records are kept up to date and transactions are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Be involved in all aspects of preparing / gathering information and making offers to customers.
  • Keeping the CRM system up-to-date and monitoring ongoing customer engagement.
  • Gathering Company Information and condensing it into a standard format for committee meetings and covering all aspects of underwriting.
  • Be involved in all aspects of the preparation and making of financing offers to customers.
  • Assisting with the preparation of bank statement data for new customers in Excel.
  • Building your understanding of the underwriting process, highlighting gaps in data, and identifying formats which are inconsistent before signing them off.

Administrator Specification:

  • Strong communications skills both oral and written.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player who has the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organisation and administrative skills with good attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Digitally savvy and motivated to drive e-marketing efforts and email campaigns.
  • An ambitious and responsible individual who is motivated to succeed and keen to learn.
  • A self-starter with good problem-solving abilities.
