A well-established London Estate Agents is looking for you to become their Property Manager!

The company is based in the heart of London and offer a high-quality level of professional expertise as they serve clients in this boutique part of the city. You will become a member of the company's pleasant team and as Property Manager you will be in charge of looking after a portfolio of 14 buildings.

Property Manager Duties:

As a Property Manager you will be dealing with the Directors of the blocks, carrying out inspections, handing major works or insurance claims, liaise with bookkeepers checking and approving accounts and manage staff. Tasks will include:

  • Manage a portfolio of 14 mostly local buildings.
  • Oversee both reactive and planned maintenance and Major Works Projects.
  • Ensure Fire Risk and Health & Safety assessments are carried out periodically.
  • Carry out Property Inspections so all buildings are fully compliant with all regulations.
  • Liaise with internal/ external accountants, signing off and reviewing invoices.
  • Ensure all necessary contracts are in place and that all properties are insured, dealing with all claims, renewals, and enquiries.
  • Handle calls and emails from Directors, Leaseholders and Tenants.
  • Deal with any enquiries or complaints,
  • Attending Annual General Meetings.

Property Manager Specification:

  • Must have previous Property Management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate the drive, determination, resilience, and organisational skills required to maintain multiple properties.
  • Knowledge of the property and real estate market
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Great management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of word-processing tools and other relevant computer software, including Microsoft Office
