Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk
We are a leading branding company with a global client base. Our company designs, sources, and manufactures a wide range of products. We are currently seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our finance team. As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for the whole purchase ledger process, from purchase orders through to invoices and reconciliation. You will work closely with the Accountant to provide an indispensable service to the finance team and underpin the wider financial stability of the business through your robust processes and systems.
Matching, checking and coding invoices Working out VAT payments Preparing payments to suppliers via BACS Processing staff expenses Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details Reconciliation of supplier statements Reconciliation of credit card statements Filing invoices Data entry Being the first point of contact for all relevant enquiries Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers Requirements:
Proven experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk Proficiency in Xero software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We offer a competitive salary of £26,500 and flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
