Office Based Role

A construction company are on the lookout for a switched-and organised Receptionist to join their team.

The client is looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills and who can provide office support to a busy company.

Receptionist duties:

  • Ordering Office Supplies.
  • Processing all Incoming and Outgoing Post
  • Admin support to the Estimating and Surveying Department.
  • Document Control, Filing and Handling.
  • Compiling Monthly Progress Reports for Site Meetings.
  • Preparing Subcontractor Orders.
  • Creating Project Health & Safety Files and Registers.

Receptionist specification:

  • To have experience within administration and customer service is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisation skills with a good attention to detail.
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office Applications.
