Our client a solicitor’s in South West London are looking for an organised Receptionist/Secretary to join their team. 
Monday – Friday
9am – 5:30pm
The role will involve:
  • Dealing with emails
  • Managing the diary
  • Scanning and filing documents
  • Sending out quotes
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Receiving and sorting the daily post
Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • 1 -2 years’ experience working as a Receptionist/Secretary
  • To have the ability to work under pressure
  • To have attention to detail and to be organised
  • Computer literature in Word and Excel
  • Able to multi-task, prioritise, and follow up promptly to meet deadlines
