Monday – Friday
9am – 5:30pm
The role will involve:
- Dealing with emails
- Managing the diary
- Scanning and filing documents
- Sending out quotes
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Receiving and sorting the daily post
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- 1 -2 years’ experience working as a Receptionist/Secretary
- To have the ability to work under pressure
- To have attention to detail and to be organised
- Computer literature in Word and Excel
- Able to multi-task, prioritise, and follow up promptly to meet deadlines
