An established distribution company based in Surbiton are looking for you to become their Sales Account Manager!

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be working as part of the sales team and your role will be to identify business opportunities, upsell to achieve business objectives and to collaborate with team members on business strategy.

If you are target driven and strive to meet and exceed the KPIs' set, then this could be the role for you!

Sales Account Manager Duties:

  • Serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Building and maintaining successful relationships with potential / existing clients, key account holders and executive sponsors.
  • Clearly communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly targets to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits.
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Collaborating with other sales team members to identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
  • Managing projects within client relationships, achieving client goals while meeting company goals.
  • Keeping records of client transactions via CRM and tracking your account KPI's with CRM.

Sales Account Manager Specification:

  • Strong communication skills both oral and written.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Proven management ability and the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Proven experience in a client-focused role and previous sales experience.
  • Well organised with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Excel and MS Office applications.
  • An enthusiastic and supportive individual.

Please note you will be required to work at least 4-6 Saturdays per year (receiving a day in lieu for each Saturday worked.)
