A property company based in South West London are on the lookout for a switched on and organised Sales Administrator that can join their growing team. The role would suit a current estate agency-based Sales Administrator, who is keen to be working in a more prestigious market and for a successful and highly regarded team.
Sales Administrator duties:
- Dealing with AML
- Dealing with office correspondence
- Diary management
- Taking minutes
- Speaking with contractors, and all forms of sales admin (sales memos, listing on portals etc.)
- Answering the telephone calls and dealing with emails
Sales Administrator specification:
- Well organised with an excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Ability to prioritise work within strict timelines and meet deadlines.
- To have an administrative and customer service background
- Be passionate with a great work ethic.
