A property company based in South West London are on the lookout for a switched on and organised Sales Administrator that can join their growing team. The role would suit a current estate agency-based Sales Administrator, who is keen to be working in a more prestigious market and for a successful and highly regarded team.

Sales Administrator duties:

  • Dealing with AML
  • Dealing with office correspondence
  • Diary management
  • Taking minutes
  • Speaking with contractors, and all forms of sales admin (sales memos, listing on portals etc.)
  • Answering the telephone calls and dealing with emails

Sales Administrator specification:

  • Well organised with an excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Ability to prioritise work within strict timelines and meet deadlines.
  • To have an administrative and customer service background
  • Be passionate with a great work ethic.
