Our client within FMCG based in Richmond have a great opportunity within their operations team for an order management executive. They are seeking a detail-oriented business professional to work in our Operations team, providing Order Management and Logistics support.
Sales Administrator Responsibilities :
the main purpose of this role is to support Order Management and Logistics process for the Supply Chain function.
Working closely with Sales/Commercial, Finance, Marketing to understand the process
Working collaboratively with 3rd Party Logistics Providers (3PLs)
Understand Inventory levels and monitoring shelf life across all products at warehouses in Europe and UK
Working very closely and daily with customers, Finance as well as other colleagues in Supply Chain
Also working closely with Logistics (to ensure products are brought to regions on time
Sales Administrator Requirements :
Experienced Supply Chain professional with a background in Order Management and Logistics, preferably in FMCG.
Understanding and working experience of ERP systems
Knowledge of the Supply Chain flow and process within an FMCG business
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel
Strong organizational and time management skills
Great attention to detail with an analytical mind & excellent communication skills.
