Sales Development Manager
Must have a Full Drivers Licence
£42,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
End of year bonus of up to 20% of salary of achieving targets
4 days on the road and 1 day from home each week.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our UK Sales team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth across the London and South East regions.
Our client, a respected industry leader operating in the hydraulic solutions sector, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with national account depot locations to establish and nurture relationships with workshop and depot managers who rely on our client's company for hydraulic breakdowns.
- Utilize your "door knocker" approach to identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the construction and engineering sectors.
- Foster strong relationships with franchisee locations in the South East, serving as a key point of contact and driving business growth within these regions.
- Conduct meetings and visits to national account head offices, showcasing our client's value proposition and negotiating partnership agreements.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with the UK Sales team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organisational goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong experience in building relationships and networking with key decision-makers.
- Knowledge of the construction and engineering parts market is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive for achieving targets and delivering results.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a demanding schedule effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the London and South East regions.
Package:
- Competitive salary range between £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
