Sales Executive
Epsom
Monday - Friday (37.5 hrs per week)
£28,000

An established design manufacturer based in Epsom are looking for you to join their Team as a Sales Executive!

This is a varied role and as a Sales Executive, you will be a key part of a team working across the business with all their core functions including finance, distribution, product development, sales and marketing.

You will be fully trained to enable you to give first line support and advice!

You must hold a driver's licence and own a car.

Sales Executive responsibilities:

  • Answering calls and responding to web enquiries.
  • You will assist directors and account managers with enterprise sales solutions, helping to find ways to meet customer's needs,
  • Overcoming delivery challenges and finance queries.
  • Supporting eCommerce and marketing and sales teams in meeting key KPI's.
  • This role will involve client site visits and site surveys, providing quotes and solutions based on the customer need
  • Supporting the customer service manager in the delivery of a first-class service to both internal and external customers.

Sales Executive specification:

  • Previous experience in a customer service / administration role.
  • Client facing account management experience beneficial.
  • Exceptional customer care skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well with others as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Computer competency including knowledge of MS Office Applications and Excel.
