A manufacturing company based in Epsom are on the lookout for switched on and reliable Sales Executive to join their growing team,
You must have a full drivers licence and full training is provided within the role which offers growth and progression.
The main purpose of a Sales Executive role is:
- Answering calls and responding to web enquiries
- Assist directors and account managers with enterprise sales solutions,
- Helping to find ways to meet the customer's needs, overcome delivery challenges and finance queries as well as supporting eCommerce and marketing and sales teams in meeting key KPI's.
- Attending client site visits and site surveys,
- Providing quotes and solutions based on the customer need as well as preparing sales decks for account managers.
- Supporting the customer service manager in the delivery of a first-class service to both internal and external customers
Sales Executive Specification:
- Experience of customer service is beneficial
- A drivers licence is beneficial
- Ability to work well with others as part of a team as well as independently
- Exceptional customer care skills and attention to detail
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
