Our client based in Surrey are looking for a switched-on Senior Receptionist to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to grow and progress within a fast-paced environment.
The role will involve:
- Answer phone calls and reply to emails
- Organise the weekly rota, ensuring every shift is covered
- Always deliver excellent customer service and handling customer complaints in a timely and emphatic manner
- Conduct team meetings
- Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and stocked at all times
- Must have 2/3 years’ experience of working in a reception environment
- Well organised & great customer service skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Professional attitude and appearance
