An Audio-Visual Company based in Kingston are looking for a Service Desk Administrator to join their busy and growing team.

As the first point of contact on the Helpdesk, you will take calls from customers, with a courteous and helpful manner, then assess and escalate their issues to the appropriate person.

Service Desk Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Manage support tickets
  • Scheduling preventative maintenance visits
  • Client reporting
  • Managing contract renewals
  • Managing renewals of customers' subscriptions and licences
  • Taking part in a weekly internal call to follow up on the previous week
  • Liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Ensuring you are obtaining resolutions to reported client issues
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Supporting the procurement team where needed with order processing
  • Liaising with clients

Service Desk Administrator Specification:

  • Attention to detail and reliable
  • To have a few years administration experience
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills
  • Organised and good time management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise work


  • Quarterly annual bonus based on performance
