Our client is looking for a dynamic and energetic Supply Chain Coordinator to join their fast-growing and award-winning company within the technology sector.
The client needs a candidate who is switched on and have a great work ethic, ready to come into a technical industry where they will learn and grow as a professional.

Responsibilities of Supply Chain Co-Ordinator :

  • Manage the full Purchase order cycle

  • Raising Purchase Orders on the system as per the details shared by the Buyer (product, quantity, price, lead time…)

  • Ensures All PO details are accurately recorded and tracked

  • Ensures ETAs and tracking numbers are up to date

  • Manage communication post-delivery with the couriers to ensure all commodity codes are correct

  • Manage order book process ensuring stock is delivered as planned highlighting and proactively taking action to mitigate risk

  • Analyse supplier performance with regards to OTIF and GID

  • Contact person for the warehouse and sales team

  • Managing and updating the stock due to be delivered and stock in the building report for the sales team

  • Track & Monitor Purchases vs forecasts providing management reports monthly and providing buyers with Gap to target

  • Support the Purchasing Team to develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.

  • Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner

Specification of a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator :

  • Experienced administrator with good people skills

  • Proactive, Sociable, focused, task driven & flexible

  • Supportive, Responsible and Honest

  • Attention to detail along with good written and oral communicator

  • Self-driven and motivated

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
