Working in the office Magpie Recruitment has an ideal opportunity for a dedicated and switched-on Technical Support Executive to join our client's talented and welcoming team.
This full-time Technical Support role is based in Epsom and offers a competitive salary and progression within the role. For the role you will be working alongside the internal sales and technical team, providing tier 1 technical support to trade customers.
The main purpose of a Technical Support Executive role is:
- Reporting to customers, manufacturers and third parties
- Provide 1st tier technical support via phone email and other methods
- Setup of in-house and event display systems
- System specification and product recommendations
- Accurate tracking, logging and escalation of tickets and providing end to end service Technical
Support Executive Specification:
- Good working knowledge of MS Office packages
- To have experience within technical support
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised and able to prioritise tasks
- Contribution to State Pension Scheme
- Option to join company Health Insurance Scheme
