Our client a Payroll company in Kingston are looking for a switched-on Temporary Administrator to join their growing team.
You will be reporting to your Team Leader on a day-to-day basis and working as part of the team and alone.
The main purpose of a Temporary Receptionist role is to:
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the relevant people
- You will be the first point of contact for visitors, construction workers, clients and customers
- Responding to emails
- Dealing with the post
- Strong communications skills
- Good organisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to deal with a high-pressured environment
