A legal company based in Croydon are on the lookout for a switched on and skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing team.
This is a full-time, office-based position offering a competitive salary and an opportunity to work in a growing legal practice.
The main purpose of a Conveyancing Solicitor role is to:
- Managing residential and commercial property transactions.
- Handling sales, purchases, leases, remortgages, and transfer of equity.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, lease agreements, and legal documentation.
- Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other solicitors.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant property laws and regulations.
Conveyancing Solicitor Specification:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage expectations.
- Must have 1-3 years PQE.
- Must be local
- To have worked in a legal company before
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel
